ARE YOU HAPPY ?


HAPPINESS IS A STATE WE ALL STRIVE TO ATTAIN,YET JUST FEW PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY PROFESS THEY ARE HAPPY....HERE ARE FEW TIPS TO HELP US ON THE WAY TO TRUE HAPPINESS :

  • Determine to have a happy existence: make a conscious effort to live every day happy,when you make a habit of living happy, happiness becomes a lifestyle.
  • Discover yourself: engage in activities and pursuits that make you feel fulfilled; find yourself,discover the real you and do what really makes you happy.
  • Never forget the wonders of a good laugh: have a good laugh; ''a merry heart makes a cheerful countenance''.
  • Surround yourself with positive thinking people: never underestimate the influence people around you have on your thinking and how their attitude affects yours.
  • Embrace the good in you: celebrate the good and positives in your life not the negatives.Love who you are,never let your past failures drag you down or define who you are;learn from your mistakes and never dwell on them.
  • Live a healthy life: Cultivate a lifestyle that entails healthy living and  moderation in all facet of life.
  • Be an optimist,not a pessimist: Have happy thoughts;see the good side of things and not the bad.
  • Be charitable: Help other people;a little act of kindness to others could bring you great happiness.
